Events - Conference
The Client:
Green Park is a recruitment firm providing executive search, interim management and consultancy.
The Brief:
Green Park enlisted Goho to plan and organise a fringe-event during a large conference in Bournemouth, attended by their key clients.
Key Challenges:
There were multiple ‘fringe’ events being hosted at this conference so it was important to create an enticing and unique event that would attract a suitable and quality audience.
Many venues in Bournemouth didn’t have wheelchair or disability access and were therefore not suitable for the event.
Our Approach:
To rival alternative events during the conference, we planned and delivered a ‘Dinner & Debate’ event for Green Park.
To create a lasting impression for guests we started the event in a rooftop bar in Bournemouth, greeting guests with canapes and a sweeping vista of the seaside town.
The debate kicked off once everyone had been seated in the private dining room, with a 3-strong panel. The debate delved into key social care topics, in the context of diversity, women and race and the audience got involved creating a refreshing (& Twitter trending) debate on social care.
The Results:
Goho secured 37 guests to the dinner and debate event (With a target of 28)
