The Client:

For the 2025 festive season, Reindeer Lodge returned to us to drive awareness of their immersive Christmas experience in Mold, Wales.We previously partnered with the team in 2024, delivering a comprehensive PR campaign alongside an influencer event that successfully generated high-impact social media content.In 2025, however, the timeline was significantly tighter. The client approached us in October to lead their PR activity, leaving far less runway than the previous year. Despite the compressed schedule, we developed and executed a focused strategy that delivered strong results and ensured the campaign maintained momentum during the competitive Christmas period.

The Brief:

Our main objective for the PR campaign was to raise awareness of Reindeer Lodge and the new features of its experience, attracting more visitors for this season.

Our Approach:

We began our campaign by writing an initial press release for Reindeer Lodge, highlighting its brand new immersive storyline.
This was distributed to targeted journalists and publications ahead of this season's opening to secure media placements. Our outreach strategy focused on a mix of prominent lifestyle outlets, regional publications, and family-oriented media to maximize coverage.
In addition to proactive outreach, we conducted responsive PR by monitoring journalist requests and identifying opportunities for Reindeer Lodge to contribute to relevant stories.
We also invited journalists down to Reindeer Lodge to experience the attractions for themselves and write a review.

The Results

Although we set a KPI of 6 placements throughout the 4-month campaign, we exceeded this target by securing a total of 16 placements at various reputable media outlets!By the end of the campaign, we secured a total of 18 placements, which included 2025 Christmas attraction listicles and reviews of the experience. 963k estimated views, with 18 engagements and a healthy average domain authority of 55, linking back to Reindeer Lodge’s website.Have an important season coming up that you’d like to boost with some relevant PR coverage?
