Final guest headcount locked in, especially if there’s a maximum capacity.
Final information shared to the guests (travel/parking information, timings, and any last-minute changes).

Signage, menus, flags and other branded collateral printed and delivered.
Take-home goody bags or merchandise packed and ready to be handed out.
